The Hosts

Sadhana Singh and My Ford Noel started AboveStatus with the mission to enhance the lives of those who find themselves feeling limited by their immigration status. We aim to do this through compelling stories and social media outreach.

Once slaves to their undocumented status - Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) - their lives were on hold for many years. They finally broke the chains by achieving their dreams of higher education and fulfilling careers. They are outspoken voices for the undocumented immigrant community.
